A Year of Impact, A Future in Focus
2025 was a transformative year for the UK – from breakthrough customer achievements to rapid shifts in the AEC and manufacturing sectors. In this exclusive Q&A, Claire reflects on the moments that mattered most and looks ahead to the key opportunities shaping 2026.
Explore Claire's perspective on where the industry is headed, what challenges to watch for, and how ARKANCE is positioned to support businesses ready to take the next step in their digital journey.
1. What are your top three highlights from 2025 in your country – such as key events, memorable customer moments, or notable company updates?
2025 was a year of acceleration for the UK. We delivered customer success at scale, supporting major UK infrastructure and construction projects with advanced BIM and cloud collaboration solutions, helping customers deliver more efficiently and sustainably. We broadened our integration expertise by introducing AI-driven workflows and digital twin capabilities to give customers a clearer path toward transformation. Our focus on growth and partnership further strengthened our collaboration with Autodesk and reinforced our role as a trusted leader in the UK’s digital construction landscape.
2. How do you see the industry evolving in your region, and what opportunities or challenges do you anticipate in 2026?
The industry is entering a new phase of digital maturity, where technology is no longer an optional enhancement but a core driver of competitiveness. AI and automation are reshaping design and construction, sustainability is driving innovation, and connected ecosystems are becoming the norm. Our role at ARKANCE is to support customers in embracing integration across disciplines, helping them unlock new efficiencies and deliver greater value. This transformation is equally evident in manufacturing, where digitalisation is accelerating at pace. Smart factories, additive manufacturing, and AI-driven production planning are revolutionising how products are designed, built, and delivered. The convergence of design and manufacturing workflows offers enormous potential: companies can shorten time-to-market, reduce waste, and build more resilient, sustainable supply chains. By connecting these worlds, we can help our customers to move beyond isolated digital tools towards a truly integrated ecosystem that supports growth, innovation, and long-term success.
3. If you could sum up 2025 in one word, and share one word for what you hope 2026 will bring – what would they be, and why?
I would sum up 2025 with the word ‘Acceleration’ because we saw customers move faster than ever in adopting digital tools and workflows. For 2026, I hope we see more ‘Integration’. If we unify the ecosystem we will be rewarded with greater efficiency, sustainability, and growth and this is what we want for our customers.
