From the first heat pump installations in the early 1980s to patented high-temperature heat pump technology today, innovation and sustainability have always been in their DNA. With six subsidiaries and 600 employees, Linthorst develops and operates advanced energy systems for both businesses and households. The Challenge: Uniting Teams Across Locations and Disciplines
Based in Apeldoorn and spanning multiple business units, Linthorst faced the challenge of connecting diverse teams with different ways of working. Departments such as Electrical engineering and Mechanical Engineering (HVAC), execution, and after-sales were operating in silos, leading to inefficiencies, duplication of effort, and communication breakdowns.
