Key improvements for smarter MEP workflows
Developed by ARKANCE, Be.Smart T4R empowers Revit users with advanced tools that cut repetitive tasks and enhance project efficiency. The latest release adds features and refinements that make MEP modeling more efficient, accurate, and easier to manage.
Here’s a closer look at what’s new:
A new feature that lets you select any pipe or duct elbow and split it into two equal-size elbows. For example, a 90° elbow becomes two 45° elbows. This makes routing more flexible and helps reduce rework in complex MEP layouts.
)
One more new feature in T4R. It allows you to align and connect two MEP elements in a single action. The first selected element remains fixed, while the second moves into alignment. After alignment, both elements are automatically joined into one continuous duct or piping system.
Previously known as “Element Connector,” this tool now appears alongside Move & Join in the new Join group on the Revit toolbar. Join Systems connects touching MEP connectors into a single system without moving them, while Move & Join can also adjust positions as needed.
)
Save, edit, and manage filters with more flexibility. Dropdown menus make it easier to handle complex views.
Displays a clear toggle list of hidden elements, making visibility control simpler.
Now includes an Apply button, an editable list view, automatic plan view creation, sorting by elevation, and quick actions to duplicate, remove, or open views. Level heights now reference the Project Base Point correctly. These changes improve clarity and cut down on repetitive setup work.
Improved formatting makes reporting and data handling simpler.
Enhanced clarity and behavior, with checkbox support for managing multiple floors..
Now includes password reset functionality for greater convenience.
